Ingredients:
800 g of potatoessalt
180 g of cheese
black pepper Parsley
50 g of corn starch
3 eggs
100 g of breadcrumbs
150 g of cooked ham
150 g of cheese
Vegetable oil
Method:
1. Peel and cut the potatoes into large pieces, then boil them in salted water.
2. Once cooked, mash them and add the cheese, pepper and chopped parsley.
3. Form the meatballs with the dough obtained, filling them in the center with cooked ham and cheese.
4. After forming the spheres, dip them first in the starch then in the beaten egg and finally in the breadcrumbs.
5. Fry the meatballs in plenty of vegetable oil until golden brown.
