Ingredients:
• 350 grams of wheat flour
• 170 grams of sugar
• 600 grams of milk
• 6 eggs + 2 egg yolks
• Zest of 1 lemon
• 500 grams of low-fat cottage cheese
• 200 ml Sauce
• 40 dry grams (not possible but recommended)
Preparation:
• Mix 4 eggs, milk and 50 grams of sugar with a hand mixer for 2-3 minutes until you obtain a smooth
mass.
• Add wheat flour and mix until it becomes a smooth dough. Let it rest for 10-15 minutes.
• Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat and fry 10-12 meatballs.
• Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and grease the baking tray with oil.
• Mix 2 eggs with 120 grams of sugar, cottage cheese and lemon juice in a bowl and share them on
the pancakes.
• Place the pancake in a baking dish.
• Mix the butter, egg yolk and remaining sugar until smooth and pour over the pancakes.
• Bake the crepe mold for about 30 minutes and drizzle with red currant jelly or fruit milk if desired.
