Make sauce and set aside. Over medium high heat add oil and cook steak on each side approximately 1 minute. Remove from heat and add in vegetables and cook until they are soft, about 4-5 minutes. Add in shrimp and cook until they make a nice C shape and add in sauce, steak and noodles. Allow sauce to thicken. Add in green onions and enjoy!
