• Roll the bottom corner up to the top, then roll it to the sides, then roll it to the top, harden the edge


with clean water.


Step 3 – Crispy frying Process:


• Heat the vegetable oil in a deep frying pan or saucepan to 175°C. Pour the cake batter into the hot


oil, a little at a time, being careful not to overcrowd the pan.


• Fry for 3-4 minutes per side, until golden and crispy on all sides. Use a slotted spoon to transfer the


fried eggs to a plate lined with a kitchen towel to drain off excess oil.
