tablespoon olive oil in a doneness, about 3 to 4 minutes. Remove steak from pan and set aside.

sauce over the steak and potatoes. Cook for another 1-2 minutes until everything is heated through

and coated in the garlic butter sauce.

Step 5:

Serve

1. Serve hot: Serve the garlic butter steak and potatoes immediately straight from the pan. Enjoy the

fusion of flavors and textures in this comforting dish.

TIPS FOR SUCCESS:

• Steak Selection: Sirloin is recommended for its flavor and tenderness, but you can also use ribeye

steak or tenderloin for a more luxurious dish.

• Potato size: Make sure the potatoes are cut into evenly sized pieces to ensure even cooking.Smaller

pieces cook faster and are crispier.

• Doneness: To achieve the best texture, avoid overcooking the steak. Medium-rare is ideal because

the steak will still cook slightly when added back to the pan with the hot potatoes.

This Garlic Butter Steak and Potato Skillet is a versatile dish that can be customized to your taste

preferences. Serve it on its own as a complete meal or pair it with a simple green salad for extra

freshness.Enjoy
